Anger Management (FT Contact Session)

Anger Management

After the Form Teacher Contact Session on Anger Management, I have learnt about the different types of actions that people exhibit when they are angry. Such could include the clenching of fists or even tears in the eyes. A person would naturally ready himself for fight when he is provoked or angry. As such, we can see whether a person is angry and thereby take the correct decisions in resolving the situation. However, there are also some that completely don't show any symptoms, and it is up to our own perception and experience to deduce from the situation.

>Responses

Hence, I have come up with some responses to such situations. Firstly, since the person is already getting ready to fight and emotionally unstable, the most wise decision is to stop provoking each other in order to avoid a chaotic fight. This way we can prevent both parties from getting injured. After that, we should try to urge each other to cool down as that is the best way to solve the problem in a peaceful manner. There are many ways to "cooling down". Some basically include leaving the other party alone for a while, or simply saying "I'm sorry".
I believe that both parties will are wrong in such situations. It is never a one sided argument or fault, and always has a hidden error to either party.

This session was very helpful to me and I look forward to more of such educational sessions.
